This annual event brings medical service providers, local businesses, organizations, and the people of the community together for a day of free medical services and consultations.  Free health and wellness services and activities include: flu shots for adults and children, screenings for hearing and vision, oral health education/referrals and fitness challenges.  There will be free grocery distribution by Maryland Food Bank.
