This gentle yoga class, taught by Rebecca Berg, is designed to allow students of various abilities and physical conditions to comfortably develop his or her own yoga practice. There are many appealing aspects of yoga, including increased flexibility, relaxation, strength, improved balance, as well as stress and pain relief. No experience necessary. We may not use all of them in each class, but if possible have a blanket, bolster or pillows, strap, scarf, or soft belt and 2 blocks or books. For the event site, click here.
