There’s never a wrong time to pick up a pen, open a journal, and start to write. Regular journaling has shown long-term positive side effects, such as a reduction in anxiety and an increase in gratitude and positive thinking. This workshop will include journaling, healing, and information about essential oils – the basic 10 essential oils.
The workshop will be facilitated by Teara Q. Booker, founder of Well With Her Soul. Booker is an innovative health and wellness professional with a focus on educating, coaching, training, and supporting women and families. She believes all people are entitled to live a mindful and content live. Booker is a mother, certified yoga instructor, author, certified well and v-steam practitioner, and life coach.
