Join Maryland Humanities and our co-host, Carroll County Public Library, for this free virtual event with Ross Gay, author of “The Book of Delights: Essays.” He will read from his book—the 2021 One Maryland One Book selection—and answer questions. Mr. Gay will be in conversation with Ted Zaleski, Director of Management and Budget for Carroll County Government.

Local support for the event provided by A Likely Story Bookstore, Carroll Arts Center, Carroll Citizens for Racial Equality, and the NAACP Carroll County Chapter. Programming takes place this fall from mid-September to mid-November. Ages 16-adults. Register here.
