Children, along with the rest of us, have experienced massive disruption to their routines and way of life. This is stressful for anyone, and can be particularly difficult for children. This workshop will include specific steps parents, caregivers, and all adults can take to protect children’s mental health during this time. We will offer insight into what children may be experiencing right now, and how to mitigate some of the stress children are experiencing. This training is designed for parents and caregivers, but all who want to learn more about protecting mental health in children and youth are welcome. Once you register for this training, you will have access to the Zoom link. You will also receive an email 2 days ahead of the training with the same Zoom invite, and again the day of the training. This training is approved by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners for 2 CEU hours. Register here.
