The Carroll County Public Library – Finksburg Branch is gearing up for the nation’s largest reading celebration-Read Across America Day. The Alphabet Train: Letter H will feature 3-6-year-old children climbing aboard each week to explore a different letter of the alphabet through books, songs, and activities. All adult caregivers are welcome.
