The Carroll County Public Library – Eldersburg Branch is gearing up for the nation’s largest reading celebration-Read Across America Day. The Family Storytime event will feature a storytime for the little ones, ages birth to 8, including books sharing, stories, rhymes, music, and movement. Come talk, sing, read, write, and play together in a format appropriate for young children. The second storytime will be held from 11 a.m.-noon.
