For generations, stories have been used to teach children important life lessons. In Japan, these folktales are called mukashibanashi, or “tales of long ago.” With Rabbits and Sharks, Ali Oliver-Krueger draws from her Japanese heritage to share her fun-filled reimagining of a classic mukashibanashi with help from the audience, who get to be actors right from where they are watching the show. Children learn along with Rabbit that it’s just as important to be kind as it is to be smart…and one possible reason Rabbits have short fluffy tails today. Register here.
