Talk to Me * Howard County is a community initiative in consortium with the Howard County Public School System. The program aims to help parents and caregivers understand the importance of interactions with infants and toddlers from the first moments of life to build the foundation for early learning. This development takes place during back-and-forth interactions with children from the first moments of life. Learn how to integrate these interactions into your daily routine.
