Join Olney Library’s talented yoga instructor Amy to explore the benefits of movement, breathing and meditation. All levels are welcome. A yoga mat is helpful but not necessary. Other optional supplies are yoga blocks or two hardcover books and a strap/belt. Your participation is voluntary and you assume all liability for your health and safety.
